  • Virginia Land Solutions did a fantastic job at clearing out the back part of my property. Cody got here early in the morning and worked all day until it was finished.   • We moved out to the country to live the quiet life. We wanted a lot of acres so we could have trails to ride on. Reached out to Cody at Virginia Land Solutions and he carved out 4 trails on our 14 acres. We were so impressed with his service his time and attention to detail that when it came time to clear land for a workshop that my husband wanted to put on our property, he was the first person we thought of. Cody and his team at Virginia Land Solutions will be the only company to ever do anything on our property. Fair pricing, great attitude, attention to detail, quick responses!

  • VLS did an above and beyond job of making our property a more usable space. They were amazing to work with, very professional, and communicated well throughout the project. They were able to clear many paths and a huge area in the back of our lot in one day. We went from 3+ acres of overgrown bushes and weeds to now this! Mature trees stayed in tact and now plenty of room for us and the wildlife to roam. 10/10 recommend!

  • Highly recommend Virginia Land Solutions! We hired them to do some leveling for a pool install. Prices are very reasonable, considering the gas prices and increase of everything these days. The guys were all professional, did more clean up and design work than originally planned and followed through on all commitments for the job. I am blown away! After being burned and taken advantage of by another local company, we were hesitant to trust another small town business. These guys will treat you right and get the job done. Thank you so much!!!!   • Virginia Land Solution just completed a project for us and I couldn’t be happier with their work, showed up on time went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. Very professional,extremely fair on pricing. I had 4 quotes and they where by far the best rate for the work and came up with the best plan for my project. They came in ask me what I wanted and didn’t over sell me they pretty much laid out the game plan and completed as described. If I had a second project they would be my first call hands down.   • Words can’t even describe the value! My guy Cody took our vision for the property and brought it to life! Beyond that, he carved out what I’d say are THE BEST atv trails in Hanover County.
